SPA (Share, Pray, Act) is HerMission's Racial Reconciliation Initiative. In 2020, with leadership from Dr. Valerie Carter Smith, HerMission began offering six week SPA Racial Reconciliation cohorts. As demand grew, we developed not only a Facilitator's Guide to hosting a SPA cohort, but worked to develop a 4-week video curriculum from our initial SPA cohort.
